System Documents

This is where users can find all system-related documentation.

Go to System and click on System Documents.
Click on the corresponding links to open the following documents. All documents will popup in a new emerging window, and can be opened using MS Word:
- IPS Change Control Request Form - It is a form to contact the IPS team and make an official request for any system enhancement, or new functionality.
- IPS Security Request Form - It is the access request form that employees must complete in order to have a system user account, or have their existing access privileges modified.
- IPS Change Management Procedure - This document contains information regarding the IPS Authorized Requestors, Approvers, HR Change Committee and Application/Product Owner.
- IPS Change Management Procedure Flow - This document shows a flow chart to describe the process that follows every system enhancement/change request.
