Disciplinary Reasons

A Disciplinary Reason is defined as a specific situation where employee behavior did not meet company management expectations, and could lead to a sanction.

IPS users form the HR staff may use the Disciplinary Reasons to add, change, list or delete company Disciplinary Reasons.

Adding a new Disciplinary Reason:
  1. Go to Maintenance, select System Settings / Disciplinary Tables, and click on Disciplinary Reasons.
  2. Complete the following fields:
  3. Click on Submit. Disciplinary Reason will now be stored in a system table, and will appear in the Disciplinary Actions module.
