Attendance Report
This report is available for certain users only. The Human
Resources staff may use the report to monitor attendance in a given
SBU / Location or Team. Company managers or supervisors may also
use the attendance report to monitor attendance in their
departments, or to review a single employee attendance record.
Viewing a report:
- Go to the HR Reports menu. Select Attendance and Incidences.
Click on Attendance Report.
- Use the PayPeriod drop-down menu to set the desired date range
of report.
- Set the Division/SBUID/Location/Team you need to review.
- Leave an asterisk (*) to see ALL Teams or Employees
- Click on Generate Report to see the Attendance records on
screen. User may also click on the 'Send Me a Spreadsheet' checkbox
to receive the report via email.
The Return email address field contains the employee email address
stored in the user’s record. However, the system allows users to
change this once the 'Send Me a Spreadsheet' checkbox has been
checked.
- The on-screen report shows a list containing employee ID, name,
and the corresponding incidence for each day of the week during the
pay period in review.
- In case user had selected the Email Spreadsheet option, an
email message will be sent out containing the requested
report.
- The email will come from International Payroll & HR System
[inthrfiles@xerox.com]. The file will be encrypted, so user will
need WinZip in order to open the attached file. Unzip Password is
user's own IPS login password.
- The spreadsheet can be open/viewed in MS Excel, and the user
will be able to sort, filter the data, or format the file at
will.
