Welcome to the IPS International Payroll & HR System

IPS serves as both a functional HRIS tool and a financial payroll application. All international offices currently use IPS to store HRIS information. Nevertheless, not every country uses IPS to calculate and run payroll. Please contact your HR Director and local controller for information about alternative payroll applications.

The data stored in IPS is confidential and should be safeguarded at all times. Information should never be shared with anyone outside the company and should only be shared with company employees on a need to know basis. Furthermore, only the appropriate information should be sent to an employee. For example, someone may need to see a headcount report including names and job titles, but the same person may not need to view employee salaries and compensation information. Please contact your HR Director for further clarification.
